Foods for chronic fatigue

These foods will not make chronic fatigue go away. However, its intake could be of help in the treatment of chronic fatigue.

The natural options for treating chronic fatigue syndrome are:

Ginger:

It has anti-inflammatory properties. It is advisable to consume an infusion prepared with a teaspoon of ginger root per cup of water per day.

Mace:

Mace boosts the immune system and may be helpful in fighting fatigue. It has restorative properties. You can consume a teaspoon of mace powder in the morning at breakfast, with spreadable cheese, toast, milk, etc.

Hemp seeds:

They are high in magnesium. Eat a handful at meals, spread on the salad, soups, broths, sauces, etc.

Bee pollen: it is a well-known revitalizer loaded with vitamins of group B, C, iron and magnesium. You can mix it with proposes or honey to increase its benefits. Consume one teaspoon on an empty stomach every day.

Home remedies

These remedies do not have scientific evidence, but could be of help in the complementary treatment of chronic fatigue:

1. Astragals infusion:

Pour two tablespoons of astragals into a cup with boiling water. Cover and let cool. Drink twice a day. It is recommended to strengthen the immune system.

2. Echinacea tea:

Boil two tablespoons of Echinacea and one cup of water. Remove from the heat and let cool. Drink a cup daily for up to four weeks. Do not use in case of pregnancy. It is used to strengthen defenses.

3. Gingko biloba infusion:

Pour two tablespoons of gingko biloba into a cup of boiling water. Cover and let cool. Drink a cup a day to improve circulation and increase brain irrigation. It is used for memory or concentration problems.

4. Infusion of cinnamon, cloves and lemon:

In a jar with an airtight seal, leave two grams of cinnamon bark, a clove and the peel of a lemon to marinate for 10 days. Then add 400 grams of honey and a liter of water. Boil until halved. Wait for it to cool down completely before consuming.

5. Infusion of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and mace:

Boil for 10 minutes a tablespoon of cinnamon powder, a tablespoon of ginger root, eight cardamom seeds, a tablespoon of honey, two tablespoons of mace and a liter of water. Remove from the fire and let cool. Drink a cup in the morning and another at noon. It is a powerful restorative.

6. Apple, carrot and pollen smoothie:

Place the juice of two carrots and one apple in the mixer. Mix in a separate container a teaspoon of pollen, one of honey and another of rosemary to form a paste. Add to smoothie. Pour a tablespoon of wheat germ and another of brewer’s yeast, drink in the morning.
